White Dwarf is a magazine published by Games Workshop since 1977, primarily serving as a promotional and advertising platform for Games Workshop and Citadel Miniatures products.^[2] In its first decade, the magazine covered a broad range role-playing games (RPGs) and board games focused on fantasy and science-fiction. The magazine experienced a significant transformation in style and content in the late 1980s and since then focuses exclusively on miniature wargames produced by Games Workshop.
